RFID MANUFACTURING
From technical definition to a repeatable build.
BXAIOT connects RFID product engineering, material and process selection, data preparation, assembly and verification into one project workflow.
FACTORY PROCESS
See the production environment.
The video shows actual process and equipment footage supplied for the BXAIOT website. It is presented without unverified capacity or certification claims.
PRODUCTION FLOW
One specification, carried through each stage.
The exact routing depends on the product platform, materials, electronics, printing, converting and environmental requirements.
Technical review
Confirm the application, selected electronics, mechanics, artwork and data requirements.
Material preparation
Prepare substrates, inlays, components, adhesives, printable layers or enclosure materials.
Printing & converting
Apply approved artwork, numbering, cutting, laminating or roll-converting processes as required.
Assembly & encapsulation
Bond, laminate, sew, mold or enclose the RFID component according to the confirmed construction.
Encoding & verification
Write approved data where required and verify identity, function and readable response.
Final inspection & packing
Check the agreed visual, dimensional, functional and presentation requirements before shipment.
QUALITY CHECKPOINTS
Quality is defined before it is inspected.
Project-specific acceptance criteria are agreed with the product specification. The checks below describe the review categories, not a universal certification statement.
DESIGNED FOR VARIATION
Different products need different process routes.
Cards, inlays, labels, flexible on-metal tags, laundry tags, wearables and connected devices do not share one production method. The process is selected around the confirmed construction.
MOVE FROM CONCEPT TO BUILD
Share the product, process and verification requirements.
BXAIOT will review the feasible manufacturing route before confirmation.
